2.9 Billion Birds Gone Since 1970
According to the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, nearly 3 billion birds are gone since 1970. A research published online in September by the journal Science shows that the bird population of the US and Canada is down by 2.9 billion breeding adults.
This is very unfortunate news, which needs a lot of attention as this may have had happened to the birds of other regions as well.
