Observation of Chestnut-tailed Starling

For the first time in Iran, Chestnut-tailed Starling was observed in Bandar Lengeh, Hormozgan province, on 22nd of December, 2020 by Mr. Ali Mohtarami. This species could be observed mostly in a teritory from south of India to Vietnam. 

Since it is not clear if these birds were freed from cage or not, Iran Bird Records Committee has still not approved it as a new species for Iran.
